Elevating your health

Physiotherapy

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, is a healthcare profession that focuses on the prevention, treatment, and management of physical impairments, disabilities, and pain. Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques and modalities to help restore movement, function, and quality of life to individuals who are affected by injury, illness, or disability.

Physiotherapy can benefit people of all ages and abilities, and it is often used to treat conditions such as sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, stroke, and respiratory problems. Physiotherapy can also help individuals manage chronic conditions and improve their overall health and well-being.
